Terms of Use.
Rules and limitations governing use of the USARemote website and its career information.
Website and acceptance
These terms govern use of USARemote.work. By browsing the website, you agree to use it lawfully and respect its content and technical operation. The legal entity operating the website and an appropriate contact address must be completed before these terms are published as binding business terms.
Nature of the service
USARemote is a job-discovery and career-information website. It does not currently provide candidate accounts, an employer portal, a CV database, or an internal applicant tracking system. The example vacancies in the prototype are not genuine active openings and cannot be applied to. Any real opening added later should have accurate details and a usable application route.
No guarantee of employment or hiring
Browsing a listing, using a search filter, reading a guide, or expressing interest does not guarantee employment, an interview, a response, or a hiring outcome. Unless explicitly and accurately stated, USARemote does not represent that a listed employer will review information submitted through this website.
Information and tools
Career articles, salary conversions, resume templates, work-hour calculations, and industry guides are general educational material, not legal, financial, tax, immigration, or employment advice. Figures and employment rules vary by jurisdiction, exemption status, pay arrangement, and individual circumstances. Verify important decisions with authoritative sources or qualified professionals.
External jobs and links
External sites and employers remain responsible for their own application processes, accuracy, privacy notices, and contractual terms. Users should independently verify companies and job postings, and never send fees or sensitive documents to suspicious contacts.
Permitted use
You may browse, share links, and use the publicly offered tools for lawful personal or internal business purposes. You may not interfere with site security, access controls, availability, or other users; submit malicious code; scrape aggressively in violation of applicable law; or misrepresent USARemote as an employer or government agency.
Intellectual property
Original site design, copy, and branding may be protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party trademarks, logos, fonts, photographs, and linked resources remain the property of their respective owners. Permission or a license may be required before reuse.
Corrections and availability
Information can become inaccurate or outdated. USARemote may update, correct, suspend, or remove pages and postings, and cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Please report material inaccuracies through the verified contact channel provided at launch.
Liability
To the extent allowed by applicable law, USARemote is not responsible for decisions based solely on general educational materials or the conduct of independently operated external websites. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.
Applicable law and disputes
The correct governing-law, jurisdiction, registered operator identity, and mandatory consumer protections depend on the business entity and target markets. These must be verified with qualified counsel before publication. This draft intentionally does not invent a governing-law clause or waive mandatory rights.
Changes
Terms may be updated for new features or legal requirements. Material changes should be reflected in the date and, where legally required, communicated to affected users.
